Do stone markers stack?

i was just wondering if the Stone markers stack on a province for lizardmen?

They are on the right side end of the Reptilian Republic building browser and give $$$ and other bonuses. Question is do they work one per province or only for the town they are in, or both...I imagined they work only

Tried to test this but the game is not a steady state where it is easy fo measure.

Unless otherwise stated, all effects from all sources stack. Multiple Stone Markers? Each provides +% to provincial building income. Multiple Lords with Draftmaster? Each increases local recruitment by +1 for all Lords present. Multiple recruitment buildings? Stated not to have any effect in the same province.

HOWEVER - for every 10 of the same recruitment building you have, the global recruitment duration for its units is decreased by 1 turn. In other words, build enough of their recruitment buildings and even things like Hellpit Abominations, dragons and dinosaurs can be globally recruited in a single turn...
