How to turn on blood?

I watch youtube on game and there is blood in battle, but I do not see any setting in my game

Get the blood and gore DLC

Its a DLC. Like in nearly all Total War games of the last few years.
The reason is that they can sell the games at a lower age rating if they leave out the blood.
So they sell it as DLC later.

You can either get the Blood DLC for Warhammer 1 or 2, it counts for both games.

The DLC is rated M while the game itself is rated T.
You don't have to like it but it true.

Sorry but its true. ESRB rates blood, gore as Mature. As long as they are wacking and killing each other without blood and gore its just Teen.

If you get it be sure to get the mod for less blood otherwise everyone looks like they took a bath in tomato juice.

that is unture there are other gory games that have the 16 rating and if you check the website and the description of each rating it allows total warhammer to be with blood and gore at the 16 rating so its just a bs exuse fore a bs cash grab

The only thing the DLC adds is blood, the DLC is rated mature while the game is rated teen. So its kinda self explanatory that they could not add it without changing the rating at that point.

That said, if they ONLY did it to circumvent the rating they could have made the DLC free (or, if there is some legal circumstances that would then rate then game mature with a free blood DLC, extremely cheap like practically free while it technically has a cost).

So i think its fair to say that its also a bit of a cash grab.

The only thing that could possibly fall into the "mature" category with the dark elves in game is some of the fluff text and you get away with a lot more in text without a change in rating.

It's probably the dismemberment part that would give it the M rating and not the blood.

Fair enough. The DLC do contain dismemberment and gibbing units to meaty chunks so that may be true.
