Depends on if you know how to cycle charge. If you can properly cycle charge the enemy, go with the Chariot. If you are doing a siege battle or are not good at cycle charging, go with the Sphinx

Chariot, because it's settra and it looks cool. If I want a sphinx, I can always bring one in.

Sphinx, chariot requires too much micro relative to how many more kills you can get by continuously cycle charging. The sphinx you can just leave idle once it reaches the enemy, and it'll be fine.

You dont need to micro. Its Settra, everything dies before him with or without cycle charging.

I dont like playing with Tomb Kings in campaign, but that is like asking if you want milk with your coffee. If you are a real man you would say "No" xD. So does Settra with the cat mount.

if Setra is anti large on foot - when he is on sphinx or chariot that is anti infantry - how does the game calculate his anti large bonuses ?

Shouldn't necro a thread of 2 years back.

But to answer your question. On foot, it's Settra himself who attacks, with his halberd. When he's on horseback, it's still himself that attacks.
When he's on the palaquin of the Sphinx, it's the Sphinx that attacks, Settra himself just steers it. He does not attack himself anymore. The Sphinx is a anti infantry monster, hence Settra loses his antilarge and becomes a anti infantry monster.
On his chariot, he does not attack. The anti infantry comes from the chariot, the horses running over people, as well as the blades on the wheels.

It's the same with other characters. Horseback sized mounts, they keep their own attack. The moment they go on chariots or monsters it's their mount that attacks, no longer the character itself.

Wow, talk about necroing a thread. I guess it IS Tomb Kings. Anyways, Settra on a chariot or you serve, not rule.
