Unique items, can´t equip them

I played the campain with grimgor and couldn´t gear its special armour after unlocking it, Now i tried with Azhag and i cant equip the crown, it appears at the skill page but i cant equip it.
I´m using Mods and its the first time that this is happening.
Does anybody have this issue too?

Yep, noticed this with various Orc lords the other night. Bit of a worry.

I only used Camera mod...

Especially that Jar Enchanted Item or something.

the jar is for your hag heroes.

Just for clarification. Do they need quests or are they instantly available, and if they do, did you finish the quests?

What jar? The head for Grom? Only on magic characters, maybe only the Troll Witches.

the jar is for your hag heroes.

Oh! lol... Hero specific.. Alrighty then.

OK maybe I didn't have enough magical items to experiment with then. Definitely noticed that one at least.

No, they are instally available at certain level
