I dont think they have it, I also dont see sisters of avelorn in their unit roster, which could be pretty bad

War hall. Looking at it right now. If you're playing Imrik maybe you didn't buy the new dlc? Sisters are definitely in Imriks unit pool as well. Which was for a paid dlc I believe as well.

They do: just build the right tier 4 building in a major settlement (or use a mod to upgrade minor settlements from 3 to 4). That's for the Sisters...

Silverin Guard is tier3. So you got to upgrade settlement first.
