Characters from the novels Dread Fleet and Fell Cargo

Hello, any chance of getting Luka Silvaro and his crew as a playable living pirate faction ? , im enjoying the pirate factions greatly! Ive read Fell Cargo and Dread Fleet several times each and would love to take a living crew against the others . In Dread Fleet Saltspite was a living captain with an undead crew so , now we just need a living crew.

Well if you play Noctilus, it is confirmed that Roth is dead and in Vampire Coast diplomacy dialogue with Sartosa, Aranessa says she has defeated the Dreadfleet in the past. I can assume how things went down is either

A.) The events of Dread Fleet the book went down as it did but Noctilus was resurrected at a later point (something similar happened to Mannfred) and Aranessa somehow got back to Sartosa and built a new Swordfysh

B.) Things went down differently, Roth still died but maybe he was able to cause a lot of damage to the Dreadfleet, Aranessa survived and got away, maybe or not Yrellan as well survived if Aranessa's diplomacy dialogue with High Elves is anything to go by.

Though you might still want to use Undead units for the final battle. It's stupid as all hell.

The mod is a lot of fun, had a really entertaining campaign with it.
It´s kind of overpowered, so might want to raise the difficulty a bit, but other´n that, great fun!

Yes, it's quite wacky. But you hyper nerf your final battle effectiveness, so there's that as well. Probably it evens out.

Enjoy the mod, it's really fun.

(you can also go for C and just say that only Jaego's ship sunk. Bigger lines of texts got retconned. ;) )
