What is Yvresse Defense Level?

I need to raise it in order to invoke the Mist ritual, and I need to invoke the Mist ritual in order to get the Helm item, and I need the Helm item to teach my LL advanced High Magic spells.

Yeesh.

What is "Yvresse Defense Level"? I currently own two complete provinces, North Yvresse and South Yvresse.

you can see it on the top middle of your screen (next to your money)

it based on Tor Yvresse's settlement level (0/5/10/20/30 Ladrielle's Blessing)
and every upgrade in Athel Tamarha (you can access this from the buttom right of the Sword of Khaine) gives 5 Ladrielle's Blessing except for upgrading the number of prisoner slots

you need 25 Ladrielle's blessing to reach defense level 1 so you can invoke the mist ritual
