How to recruit regiments of renown with greenskins?
I am on turn 80+ and it is still grayed out no matter where I am trying to access it :steamfacepalm:

Do you own the King and the Warlord or the Grim and the Pauch?

Nope, It is meant for dlcs? I didnt think about it since I had those for all of the other factions

King and the warlord / Grim and the grave were the first DLCs to have RoRs, so they were paid. They were later added to other factions for free, but those require you to buy the DLC.

The RORs for the base races are always locked behind a lord pack.
