I prefer the Goblin Shaman do to his new mount and number of debuffs he brings.

Before night goblin warbosses reigned supreme hands down due to their skill to give the entire army poison that they got at a very low level. Now however that has been changed, along with the fact that goblin shaman lords can now ride arachnarok spioders at higher levels if you got that off of their total war access site, so I'd probably conisder them since they will have both spell and physical superiority.
