Ikit Claw (proving grounds) - how to deal with...
.. Skavenblight public order?

Starting out, you can build a +1 public order building and that's it... with a -9 public order per turn at standard difficulty.

Stick around until Skavenblight is tier 5 and farm rebel armies? Keep a garrison army around? How do you guys deal with it?

Skavenblight thanks to the ridiculus skaven corruption and garridon units is among the best defended cities in the map (by the player), you could use it to lvl up heroes or simply let it attack you and win, free food. If you wann avoid it the tier 4 bell gives 13 public ordee, combined with the pox cauldron chain and the undercity discovering building (-50% public order penalty for corruption) means u can costly get it to positive.

Why contain it? Is cool. Free exp and food from constant rebellions. Just have a lord with 19 slaves nearby. They're dirt cheap.

Yeah, I tried creating a garrison army, and with the supply line removed, having an army with skavenslaves there is dirt cheap. And, it lets me level up a warlock master, which Ikit Claw needs anyway. So, yeah, there's a 500 upkeep for the army, but that's ... quite negligible. :)

Thanks for the responses, guys.

I does not build public order until i need to leave it alone, those rebells are good additional xp, loot and food.+ If you are lucky and they have artillery you can get it by defaeting them. And yes recommend the slave army, your garrison + the slaves will finish of any rebellion+ in Skavenblight rebells often starts in reinforcement range of the garrison.

Not garisson army. If you put it in the city you improve public order. You don't want that. Keep it outside in camp or ambush stance.
