Scrying pool question for lizard men
Under the effects of this building it says
"Hero action success chance +10%"
It doesn't state if it's province or region only. Does this affect your heroes across the map regardless of where they are?

The tooltips suck. I dont build many scrying pools and usually use that slot for more income from a level 3 temple or to get more heroes from saurus and skink recruitment buildings.

Curious if anyone can confirm a few scrying pools would stack success chance

I'm pretty sure success chance stacks like everything else in this game. But I only build one for the tech and then never again :P

Ya I build one for the tech and never again as well. My heroes have like 70+ success anyways so prob not worth spamming...

Finally got time to come back and play my Last Defenders campaign, I can can finally answer my own question.

The part that says "Hero action success chance 10%" does not apply outside of the province. IE I was hoping to build a few scrying pools to help my heroes assault enemy walls and assassinate in enemy territories, and they have zero effect. I'm assuming the effects are strictly local or provincial.

Provincial would honestly be the only good thing to happen, then. Because I hate the settlement only effects. Provincial is good, faction-wide would be too strong, settlement/region based is more on the "Whatever, I atleast don't have that hammer icon anymore." side.
