Black Arc Won't reinforce my main army ?

So I began playing ask Lokhir Felheart and I went to attack the first settlement, I got the Black Arc within range but it they didn't show in the menu before the battle. Did I misunderstood how the Black Arc works ?

Yes. Naval armies can't reinforce land battles. What black arks do is they give you couple spells to use in those battles.

and they can act as mobile recruitung stations... the only way to recruit without military infrastructure for dark elves ^^

Yes, they have two purposes.

1st Provide Long Range bombardment, this is represented with some Damage spells you get.
2nd Provide a restock base far away from home.
3rd Escort Armies, On sea they will reinforce armies.

They are not really that helpfull.

Yeah I was quite disappointment as I've played Coast Vampires first and and now playing DE it is a bit of a letdown that their Black Arc's features are not as expanded as CV. Still, their bombardment and mobile recruiting are quite useful.
