Can't recuit Mirror Guard
Not sure if its a mod or not but the only two i can think of that would stop recuitment is SFO or Crynsos faction unlocker or if they come in a DLC other than the orignal Chaos one. when I say unrecuitable I mean missing they don't even apperar in the game.

Thanks for the help I didn't know the DLC wasn't on steam :)

It's here on the TW access dashbord, "The 30th Anniversary Regiments
For Free In Mortal Empires" , you have to make a account too and log into steam when they redirect you too when you go to redeem it, they will put it into your library.
