Only one Queen Bess?

So I thought the Queen Bess was a once-per-game unit, but the Rite doesn't say that. Anyway I ran the ritual a second time and can't recruit a second Queen so I just wanted to make sure that was understood and that that is what other people are experiencing.

I have the same issue. I think you only are supposed to have it once (because it's powerful af). But the text description in the rite is wrong. At least in my set language it says (basically) "EVERY army can recruit one bess". So I guess the bug is actually just the wrong text. But not sure.
But you aren't alone with this confusion.

I still haven’t had a chance to test it yet but I think since it’s an RoR you can only get one.

In fact, with the Tomb Kings there was a weird exploit that would allow for more than one RoR of the Khepra Guards (the Tomb guards with dual swords); basically, if you increased the number of Tomb guards pool either with skills (Settra) or by killing one of the wandering armies holding a page of the black book the number of Khepra Guards increased in the same amount as the other Tomb Guards. Not sure if it was a bug or intentional, but in one or 2 games I achieved to have 2 or 3 Kephra Guards.

In this case the description of the ritual is completely misleading and should be clarified that only 1 Queen Bess can be recruited for the whole faction.
