Rubric of the Old Ones
Anyone run across Rubric of the Old Ones puzzle? It says you have to solve it in order to get a treasure from a ruin

The first one I come across is a grid with the clue 'solitude is the key'(rubic of the old ones), this is the solution to a number of RPM questions where you have to isolate the odd choice out. The problem was it had no consistent internal logic; there was an option that was a purple colour and it was the only purple whilst another option was the only shape of it's type, but there was no reason to pick one over the other. The other two choices were shapes and colours which were featured on the grid, neither were unique or isolated.

As it stands, consider them a sham.

Have not passed any of them, I'm ashamed to say. I'm pretty good with puzzles, but just got it wrong everytime (unless there's a % chance to fail regardless somewhere in the mix but I doubt it)

I only got it right via save scumming and picking random answers until I got it right.

It looks somewhat like a potential Sudoku puzzle to me - or similar - which would mean each line, diagonal, vertical or horizontal, should add up to the same amount. Problem being if the symbols are numbers, we aren't told which numbers, or what the colors mean in the context.

Alternatively, since the number thing seems far-fetched, I would guess something like "the only symbol of a given type and color in any row it is part of" but that doesn't seem to ensure success either. I suppose making up puzzles that only make sense to the creator makes them feel terribly clever?
