But Zefyris makes a good point. In vanilla Tomb Kings effectively have a flat-out hardcap on how many heroes that can ever have. You can only ever have a low set number of Tomb Princes as Arkhan for example, who are complete wreaking balls when geared up with Mortuary Cult items. But you’ll only ever have 7-8 (depending on your turn 4 Dilemma choice)
The only way around that hardcap is mods.
What do you guys think, additionally to answering the OP, they should do about the caps for WH3's big map?
Double it? Recurring research? Unlimited Mortuary Cult army?
Meaning with fifteen you´d have +30 +30, making them essentially unbreakable ninjas.
Buuuut like you´ve accurately pointed out, all your heroes in you´re empire would basically be in one army.
Not to mentioned you´d miss out on a bunch of far more valuable heroes that increase hard-caps on construct units.
I´m thinking endlessly repeatable but costly end-game techs giving extra lords and agents of whatever kind you research.
I'm rather certain that most campaigns (with any faction) wont even reach 24 heroes (You would have won long before reaching that point).
While that is undoubtedly very, very potent. I think it just shows the power of the Chariot Master Trait which Tomb Princes can already just randomly get, which gives +10 MA, +10 MD + a small bonus to recruit chariots when in a chariot.
You’d certainly have a sledgehammer of a primary army though, particularly if you geared up the Princes with various MC gear.
Trouble is, to get that many heroes will be quite a long time in terms of unlocks, and you could be approaching the end-game by that point anyway, where doomstacks can become the norm.
