I first thought I'd have to slow througb to get warp fuel but dam easy if you fight enough battles.
Just declare war on everyone. They'll send armies for you to gobble up :)
Also the early campaign quests give you 10 or so to help you get your stock up. Really helps early game.
hope this helps. maybe youre just getting unlucky? theres so many fights in that campaign, just keep grinding.
It's a known bug, that you can not get additional resources with agent actions - not sure if fixed. (same for HE)
The after-battle stuff is handled differently....but the mod prevents the additional UI thingie, that gives you fuel.
Haven't played Ikit for quite some time, but 'Steal technology' had a 100% chance to get one fuel.
(and I doubt it was changed at all, as there was nothing mentioned in any patch notes IIRC)
edit: a few ppl in tw forum seem to have similar issues - not sure, if it's now a new 'bug'.
scouting ruins worked well, too. So raze & scout & resettle :) lower chance, but can give you more than 1.
4 real? 'twas supposed to give you always 1 on an engineer-settlement action....let it be 80%
I was literally swimming in warp-fuel @turn 90 ...
- usually boosted 4+ agents asap
- raze/scout (gives nifty items as well) + a chance of recovering up to 10 fuel
- the usual attack-stuff
Haven't played Skaven (really! shame on me for that....) for quite some time...but Ikit and/or Snikch is up for ME anyway.
thanks for the warning o_O (but Ikit is straight out powerful nonetheless .. casting doom & destruction with sneaky Doomflayer-upgrade)
Yeah..that fun...
edit: thanks for the info, though - didn't know that.
Really? That's bogus. I guess I'll look for/create mods that boost the chance up again. My playstyle is super defensive, so I don't fight too many battles until late game.
