Massive amounts of gluttony and overconsumption?
No problems with stepping on the little guy?
A society where merit is decided on how much stuff you have?
Their god is the embodiment of consumerism?
I can think of a much larger nation that fits the bill.....

Bretonnia = Medieval France/Norman England
Norsca = Vikings
Tomb Kings = Ancient Egypt
High Elves = British Empire
Dark Elves = USA
Wood Elves = Switzerland
Kislev = Russia/Poland
Lizardmen = Aztec
Yes, Switzerland are well known for their homicidal, no-exceptions border defence, inserting their own god-queen into the mythology of France, sacrificing their leader on an altar every year, full-body tattoos and their hatred of anyone who isn't the same race.
Can't deny the banking prowess and quality watchmaking of the Asrai, either.
Reikland and the Empire == the Holy Roman Empire. This is just obvious, even the elector counts thing.
Brettonia = France, largely.
Estalia = Spain
Tilea = Italy.
Interestingly this makes Clan Skryre a landlocked Sardinia, or potentially the kingdom of Aragon.
Sartosa = Sicily
The Vampire Counts are obviously Romania, or more appropriately the medieval state of Transylvania.
The Dwarves are Austria-Hungary. Geographically, Belegar Ironhammer's faction is Austria, and Karaz-a-Karak is Hungary.
The Wood Elves are Switzerland. I mean, geographically it fits perfect as they're a geographically isolated pocket surrounded by France, Spain, and Italy. They're also largely neutral and isolationist, and prefer to influence the outside world through indirect means.
The Border Princes are Byzantium.
The Orks in the southland are the Ottomans, that's... just a no-brainer.
The Tomb Kings are a stretched out Egypt.
Repanse, the Knights of Origo, and so on, are obviously the Crusader States.
This annoyingly makes the High Elves England and the Dark Elves North America, and the Lizardmen generally South American tribes. Hexoatl is arguably the Aztecs and Itza or Nakai's vassal state would have to be the Incas.
Although thematically the Cult of Sotek makes for a better Aztec analogue with their neverending procession of human--or at least sapient--sacrifices.
I'd argue Kislev is Poland, as Russia would actually be part of the viking empire during most of the kind of early middle ages period the rest of the game is usually focused on, so they'd be with Norsca.
Why do people keeping bringing this up?
There was no 'Viking Empire'. The Kievan Rus was independent of any Scandinavian rule. Also, Norway, Sweden and Denmark had separate kings. There was no centralised rule and certainly no emperor.
Also, 'Viking' was a job description, not the name of a people.
As for the rest, the geographic comparison breaks down a little when we have to place the Crusader States due south (in what's essentially north Africa) rather than to the east of 'Europe'. Austria is also in a bit of a weird spot as it seems to be SW of Germany, and Byzantium seems to have relocated from Turkey, in the east, to the southern border of the HRE where it now shares a land border with Italy.
Any comparison to the real world, even geographical, is reaching a bit once we get past the Empire and Brettonia.
Who are the Greenskins in the mountains between 'Germany' and 'France'?
Ogres are both America (stereotypes) and stereotypical Old European Monarchy (gout and all that ill-living style).
They are also heavily inspired by actuañ Ogres from both British and Japanese mythology.
