Winds of Magic power question...
What is the difference in casting a spell when the winds of magic are 25 vs. say 10? I understand that the level depletes, and the more it depletes the slower the recharge. But does it have any effect on the power of the spell or miscast chance? Do certain spells need a minmum winds power to cast?

Thanks guys!!

Uhm. The spell cost IS the minimum WoM to cast. The difference is slower regeneration. If you have 30 and cast spells until that number is zero, you might never reach 30 again due to recharge rate. So in the end might cast way fewer spells. If you wait for it to recharge, while you have the faster recharge rate, you might cast more spells during the entire battle.
Whether I cast a 16 winds spell when I have exactly 16 or 30 winds has no effect on the power of the spell or the base miscast chance.

You have two things in the winds of magic box: Your current winds of magic, and your power reserve. Current winds of magic is how many points you have right now, and each spell you cast costs a certain amount of winds of magic points. The max amount of current winds of magic is 30.
Now, power reserve is how much EXTRA winds of magic points you have. Every x seconds, a point goes from the power reserve into the current winds of magic, and it's faster the more power reserve you have (so the last few points in the power reserve come in really, really slowly.)
