If I remember correctly the Fellblade is a random drop https://totalwarwarhammer.gamepedia.com/The_Fellblade
And no idea about Neferata.
No information on Alcadizaar, though?
With Alcadizaar (to my knowlege) the only prior lore about him is that he was the last High King of Nekahara prior to Nagashs destroying the Kingdom. Who then managed to destroy him after that using the sword. With final actions and resting place being essentially unknown.
So I think CA was just using a very broad application of the lore to give a name to one of the unique kings rather than taking in to account whether that specific king would actually be located within the Tombkings lands.
Mactalon just pointed out that I did a stupid.
Then he casts the Great Ritual, reanimating the entire area, and settles down for a nap.
And then the Skaven break Alacadizzar out, pass him the Fellblade, and do a runner. Alcadizzar stabs up Nagash (death 1), and runs off screaming into the night with the fellblade in one hand and the Claw of Nagash in the other.
Important point there is that Alcadizzar was alive and outside the TK territory when the Great Ritual was cast. Why would he be reanimated?
