Alcadizaar question
Just finished reading The Rise of Nagash and realized a few things. The most prominent being why Alcadizzar is one of the Tomb Kings we can awaken.

He wasn't entombed and he disappeared in the deserts crying for Khalida to forgive him.

I'm also curious as to where the sword the Skaven made went, and if we'll ever see Neferata in-game. She must begone.

If I remember correctly the Fellblade is a random drop https://totalwarwarhammer.gamepedia.com/The_Fellblade

And no idea about Neferata.

That's...incredibly underwhelming for the Fell Blade.

No information on Alcadizaar, though?

With the rise of Nagash series there are actually a couple of differences between the books and the lore made prior, I suspect due to the author taking a few creative liberties in his writing.

With Alcadizaar (to my knowlege) the only prior lore about him is that he was the last High King of Nekahara prior to Nagashs destroying the Kingdom. Who then managed to destroy him after that using the sword. With final actions and resting place being essentially unknown.

So I think CA was just using a very broad application of the lore to give a name to one of the unique kings rather than taking in to account whether that specific king would actually be located within the Tombkings lands.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

In the version of the lore I know, Nagash devestates the Nekahara High Kingdom with a plague, specifically excluding Alcadizzar, who he has dragged back to Nagashizzar to taunt.

Then he casts the Great Ritual, reanimating the entire area, and settles down for a nap.

And then the Skaven break Alacadizzar out, pass him the Fellblade, and do a runner. Alcadizzar stabs up Nagash (death 1), and runs off screaming into the night with the fellblade in one hand and the Claw of Nagash in the other.

Important point there is that Alcadizzar was alive and outside the TK territory when the Great Ritual was cast. Why would he be reanimated?

In the Rise of Nagash, he dropped the sword, and Eekrit and Eshreegar (skaven) reseal it in the lead box. It's Nagash's crown that Alcadizaar drags with him to the Sour Sea and then the desert.
