Atari 2600 has Total War: WARHAMMER II

How the heck do I launch a boat!?

I'm the Lizardmen and have been up and down the starting coastine to Tomb Kings and can't for the life of me create a boat to sail. I know I did it often in TWW I...what am I missing? I know a lot of the coast is cliffs, but I can't find a single launch spot, even by port towns.

Hold right-click and look at the path the army/hero follows. You can launch directly from port cities (assuming a lord).

Just hold right-click on the sea and they'll path a way across. Then you can see where the cliffs aren't.

I'm sitting in both the Serpent Coast and Lybaras and right click holding in the water just brings up a red X with the cursor hand. I can't actually see anything on the other side of the water to click towards...was hoping to jump in the water to look for islands.

moving to and from the sea tends to use up a lot of movment try doing it over a cuple of turns.

Yep, Mortal Empires, and I've tried both normal and rushed march stances. Might have to do with what Kaaz said. There's really nowhere to cross on the right SE side of the ME map. You'd think it would still let me enter the water by Lizardmen area to sail north.

You Grab the boat, then you push it into the water with your men.

Nah, there's just absolutely nothing on that sea. At all. You can't get in it.
