Let's talk about Dynasty Lords
Wakhaf of the First Dynasty- Has +8 melee attack for his army when fighting in Desert terrain, +16 charge bonus, +10% range to units in his army, +20% ambush chance, and Stalk. So the main perk here is you can have him on a Stone Kitty that is more or less invisible until it pounces on a unit, giving you a level of initiative almost on par with a flying mount. The Desert terrain contingency is interesting but suits him defensively, and the range bonus is solid for a faction that can stock up on ranged. Probably the biggest benefit is the bonus ambush chance, since you can invest in blue skills to crank it up further and during sandstorms almost guarantee you'll proc an ambush. Overall a kind of weird hodgepodge of benefits that are hard to really capitalize on, but overall decent.

Rakhash of the Second Dynasty- Grants +1 public order, +5ld aura effect, +20% aura size, 5% ward save and +5% factionwide tax rate. Compared to Wakhaf the variety of bonuses here is useful, and is on par with some Legendary Lords of other races. Combined with some crafted items you can make him pretty durable, and keeping him close to low Ld units helps prevent disintegration. Probably my 3rd favorite pick overall.

Thutep of the Third Dynasty- Increases capacity for Warsphynx by 1, reduces build time by 35% in local region, has +10 armor and generates +10% tradeable resources. This Lord seems designed to conquer distant, unpleasant/uninhabitable climates based on the build speed boost. Boosting trade output might be useful, since each trade building only produces a very small amount individually. Combined with controlling a lot of ports you could build up a respectable trade income this way.

Lahmizzash of the Fourth Dynasty- +10% missile damage for Great Bow Ushabi, +6 melee attack for Ushabi, +2 to Ushabi cap, +8 melee attack. This is your Ushabi Lord, in case it wasn't incredibly obvious. Ushabi are one of the best Tomb King Units, and having an accompanying Necrotech can make them even better. Probably my favorite of the six because his bonuses are so focused on an already good unit and stacking skill bonuses and research makes them incredibly powerful.

Setep of the Fifth Dynasty- +5 Hero action success for Liche Priests, +2 cap for Liche Priests factionwide, +20% magic resistance, +5 winds of magic reserves to all armies, +5 untainted to local province. This guy is basically Khatep Jr and practically a Legendary Lord in his own right. If you start as Khatep you might want to consider getting this guy first because you'll have so many Liche Priests running around early on; if you get lucky and get Wise trait on them (+1 unit veterancy/+2 Canopic jars) you can accumulate Canopic jars pretty fast too. Probably my second favorite lord.

Alkhazzar of the Sixth Dynasty- +20% weapon strength, missile damage, and capacity for Chariot units. Also +5% speed to the Lord's army. The Chariot Lord, you could maybe combine Settra's Chariot bonuses for an Uber Chariot Duo. Not sure how effective this is overall going to be; Chariots as a unit are not hard to come by since they are Tier 1/2 buildings respectively and for missile chariots I get the sense their ranged attack is more something they are doing when they aren't knocking enemy units around- if you wanted a harasser Tomb Kings already have horse archers.

Wakhaf is a weird hodgepodge, I had the same thought, especially since most of the world isn't desert, but I'm guessing the other lord bonuses outweigh that one. Maybe as a defensive lord it makes sense.

Everyone else are pretty good, but I will say, in my experience chariot archers are preferable to horse archers, as they just sorta crumble easily unless you continuously strafe, and many units are ready to intercept them.

A little thing. Thutep should not be the third dynasty special character because he was buried alive in his father pyramid and surely not been mummified by Nagash and benefit the same incantations which has preserved his mind and abilities the other kings had when they died. It's a small change but you should rename the third dynasty lord Khetep (he is the only one who had been mummified)
