Sword of Khaine, worth it or not?

I accidentaly picked it up by Everqueen because when i finally occupied Shrine of Khaine i clicked on Sword of Khaine button, thinking it would show me the stats and what effect its aura would have on and instead of that it gave me that sword. For a fookin magic caster. Great ....

Now you cant throw it away but i wouldnt be gamer if i couldnt find other way so i am thinking about throwing it away via local elven civil war that is currently happening because some of them are simply bunch of warmongers that loooove to purge their own, dwindling race.

What should i do?

a) Keep it at Alariell
b) Throw it away and then pick it up with melee focused Lord
c) Throw it away and never touch that thing again

A or B. I heard that some negative effects dont work because it is bugged so even she should be ok with it. if not let it be taken by uprisers and retrieved by your melee lord.

Well i need her casting 24/7 and with her armor and overall stats i cant send her into melee thus i am currently getting penalty for nothing. I guess B might be the way? Should i wait for possibility of getting another LL through Confederation or just slap it on first melee Lord walking around the Shrine of Khaine?

Nah. Knowing CA it might be some ass raping thing i dont want to get. And when game didnt gave me confirmation window when i clicked that button they really lost me there.

^ Tyrion is the only melee LL high elves have. Usually Lothern is a strong faction that you cannot count on confederating early. So you may be best giving it to a regular prince, maybe spending some influence to get a more melee orientated one.

Yeah i saw him already running under Tyrion´s banner. They rushed for that lord af because it was during first 15 turns.

^ Alastar isn't a LL, he's just a unique regular lord recruited with influence. Compared to a regular lord he gains armour piercing but loses melee defence. I usually don't bother with him as I don't use white lions, which he buffs. I would guess that spending influence on a regular prince with melee abilities would be a better option for the sword though I could be wrong.

He is not LL i know but he still superior to regular melee lords. But i think there is another "better" lord who is also melee oriented.

After a little while the sword will get upgraded (both the benefits and downsides become stronger) and when that happens you have the option to return it to the shrine.

Doesn't it give ward save. And I think I saw 10 percent ward save on her. You can get at least 10 percent from your armor (don't remember the best for armor), I thought sword of khaine is 25, 20 from talisman, 10 from talent, with 65 percent ward save (maybe more) and healing spells, she should be fine in melee.
