AFAIK you'll get events occasionally allowing you to put it back.

Dunno for sure though.

Factionwide public order drops IIRC? Not nice things. Oh, and other things like... upkeep? chaos corruption, probably? All sorts of campaign map stuff.

Huh and i thought it was a debuff to his army and that region he's in only. This is way worse :DD

Upkeep on everything goes up. Public order for your regions goes down. Global diplomatic penalty.

And they ramp up
