Play Warhammer 2's Grand Campaign With Warhammer 1's Factions?

Is it possible if I own both games I can choose to play either of the Grand Campaigns with any Faction from both of those games ?

no , though if you want a dlc faction to play , of course you must have purchased it

You can't just play as the Greenskins or something on the Vortex map if that's what you're asking, only on the Mortal Empires map can you choose factions from both games.

you mean by getting Warhammer 2 I can play Warhammer 2 factions in Warhammer 1 Grand Campiagn but not the other way round, is that it ?

No Mortal empire is the map of warhammer 1 plus most of the vortex map it is bigger then warhammer 1 grand campaigne
