How to download FLC?

I can't find the FLC in the DLC page, only the paid stuff shows up. The only way I can see it is if I start a new campaign and click get content. It opens in the steam overlay but won't download from there when I click download, where do I go to actually get it?

Go to the Steam store page for the FLC. I'm seeing it just fine on the TWW2 page (should presently be 3 FLC and 2 DLC listed). Once you click to grab each one there, it should appear in your Steam library when you right click TWW2 and view your owned DLC. If it's there, it'll appear in game.

There is a seperate page for FLC? How do I get to this?

Every item on Steam, whether a game, DLC, or FLC has its own store page. On the TWW2 main store page there's a little expandable list of DLC/FLC just below the buy button for the main game. The ones that say "Free" in their pricing are, obviously enough, the FLCs and you can just click on them to go to their page, then where there's normally an "Add to Cart" button, there is instead a button that will (or at least should) immediately add that FLC to your account if you own the base game on Steam.
