Who is that elf girl?

In the High Elf campaign there's this elf girl in the cutscenes. She's clearly important but my knowledge of Warhammer lore basically begins and ends with 'orks go warg'. So... Who is she?

I'm more surprised to see Yrtle amongst the mages you can recruit tbh. Yrtle has been dead since 20 years prior to Teclis becoming loremaster.
Meanwhile, Finreir, Yrtle and Teclis ' comrade who should still be alive, is surprisingly nowhere to be found.

Is it though. I mean, did you read the aftermath text for TK ? it seems to me like names that are the same as in the lore were not picked with the idea of "it's just someone with the same name", which is why Yrtle being here intrigues me.
