Herald Choices (Tomb Kings)

So, which Herald do you think is best for early game expansion? Reason why?
For Lybaras, i find the Herald of Khemri (bonus to archers) to be the best, while the Herald of Djaf (Deathblow for all infantry) seems to be the best for generic like Arkhan and Khapet.

So far I use the dynasty kings and give them heralds going with the army they are specialised with.

For example the 4th king has bonuses to ushabti so I double down on that spec him to give them even more bonuses. Give him an entire army of ushabti with 2 heralds that give them bonuses as well.
