End Turn Crashes

Everytime I end turn 29 playing as Settra in the new Tomb Kings DLC the game crashes to desktop every time it reaches the Xlanhaupec faction.

The game is on steam. I have verified the cache and I have updated my drivers but still the problem persists. I have tried various different work arounds (moving characters in different ways, reloading older saves, capturing different settlements etc.) but every time the game crashes at the end of turn 29.

Using the vanilla version of the game, no mods. Windows 10, within the specs.

Never had any problems before, I suspect it is a problem with the new DLC.

Any help? Anyone having a similar issue? Posting here because the Warhammer Support forum seems basically dead.

CA have responded asking for some further info and it may help if more people provide their info to help them work out the problem.

I got this crash on turn 20 playing as skaven clan pestilens. same faction causing crash - xlanhaupec

95% of people are lagging and crashing. It has to be patched.

I am also having this issue turn 55 plaing as Setra on Vortex Campaign during the AI turn phase it crashes at Xlanhaupec turn.
Windows 10
Ryzen 5 1600 / RX 470
I don't think its mod related as I played both with and without mod.

Same problem, differeant race. My crash is on turn 34 when it is Clan Septiks turn.

I am having this problem as Tyrion on turn 125. No problems up until Tomb Kings was installed (literally this never happened before). No mods installed, game fIles verified in Steam.

Just to put it out there, I’m sure someone will overreact and take offence but....a post from CA_mathew said removing / disabling mods that were in use may not be enough. If you’re having the crash problem and have used mods previously, go manually delete them or reinstall the game in a NEW folder.

It may be mod left overs causing it.

Windows 10 ?, because there was a fall creators pack or some ♥♥♥♥♥ update right before the DLC dropped. The updates to 10 have caused numerous problems in the past nearly every time.

I was lucky I had an earlier save and only lost 30 turns, had a corrupt crash at turn 96 with Court, crashed every time it got to Clan M
