Warp-Fuel bugged?
I'm doing my first Ikkit-campaign. Turn 62 right now, established 8 under cities, running around with an engineer stealing tech everywhere, conquered 4 provinces and didn't get a single tube of warp-fuel. Am I doing something wrong? Is it incredible bad luck? Or is there some bug I don't know about?

I'm around the same progression as you on all front (turn, province, running around stealing tech and establishing udner cities (although due to the propag building I've more under cities than 8) and I've gotten enough fuel to do every single upgrade from tier 1 and tier 2 workshop (all tabs) + 3 fuel spent for a rocket.

Pretty sure it's heavily luck based. You can get it after a battle, or not get it after a battle, get it from agent actions, or not. That or it's a very weird bug.

sounds unlucky I have conquered 2 provinces and have had enough 6 -7 upgrades so 14 some was from the demon claw mission

I can't imagine that your luck can be that bad. I have only not gotten a tube once on a successful warlock engineer mission, and have gotten it every time I've established an under-city. Battles you get them much less often except with Ikit himself which is like a 70%+ chance after you increase it by 50% with his special trait.

For instance I just stole technology 3 times this turn and got fuel all 3 times.

uh, no, that can't be the case. Did you put any mod? Like, something about food or something messing with rewards post battles, or anything else for what I know.
By now you should have gotten anywhere between 30 and 50 of them, if not more.

no way. succesful tech steal and under cities built are a 100% gain and once taken the skill point, winning a battle with ikit is also pretty much a 100% chance gain.

na, I built some under cities recently that did not get me any fuel while other did :/

the level of RNG you are talking about is so statistically improbable that for the sake of this discussion might as well be impossible. You are suggesting that with a 90 - 95% chance each roll of the die that he lost 50+ times. If his luck was that bad he would have been a stillbirth.

Thanks for all your answers. Since I usually play Grimhammer I deactivated most of my mods and only kept the "superficial ones". Stupid me didn't think about it being of the other mods.(https://i.gyazo.com/514919f9ba10c656320b0be62d41c0cd.png). Didn't check yet but I guess one of the remaining mods causes the problem. Will test them tomorrow.

Well, the first thing I would do is check the mods. Then, check file integrity (who knows?).
I would also start an other game with Ikit to test if I get fuel within 20 turns, if not I guess it's a bug, if yes, then my bet it's just bad RNG;

IMPORTANT: Through process of elimination on my mods list I have found that the warp fuel reward not triggering occurs when the 'COMMUNITY MODDING FRAMEWORK' is active. I am informing the mods creator. This mod is a requirement for others so they will probably not work either.

Retested on latest version of COMMUNITY MODDING FRAMEWORK on Skryre campaign and works fine now. Someone else can test other Skaven campaigns perhaps? Was also seeing the workshop ROR units being available from start but this issue also resolved.

isn't the Community Modding Framework supposed to be up-to-date? :/

I can confirm that community modding framework is the culprit here.
Was around 75 turns into ME campaign with Ikit, with 3 provinces and 10+ under-cities: not a single warp fuel gained.
Disabled the mod, loaded back into the campaign, used a single hero action and immediately got warp fuel.

Depends on whether it's been updated since (i'd wager you weren't using the recently updated version since you're 75 turns in), everyone was using an older version which wasn't updated for the patch, makes sense that it'd not have new features incorporated into it, that's why i avoided using it.
