Magritta Siege BUG?...

So playing Ikit Claw sieging Magritta. The city is suffering attrition, as is the garrisoned army there. I End Turn and lo-and-behold that garrisoned army just walks straight out into the sea, sailing away. I thought that was impossible! I thought any garrisoned army at the time of a siege was trapped in with the city defenders, unless they actually fight their way out?

Based on all my former play of Siege battles and mechanics, this seems like a Bug... they ought not be able to simply walk out of a city that is still under siege.

Not a bug, the army just left the city through the port.

No bug. You can leave sieged port cities through the sea.

This has been the case since Rome 2. But in that game and Atilla you actually had navies that could blockade ports. That was actually required if you wanted the defenders to suffer from atrition.
