Cant get to soteks 2nd quests
Ok no matter what i do, when i get the 2 provences the 2nd quests dont trigger and im like stuck on rise of the red crested skinks...please help

not enough info. You know there are 2 other objectives other than just get 2 provinces right?

ok MORE info i cant seem to get the "rise of the red skink: exdus misson to proc and idk how. i have done 5 sacrfices and 2 provinces. on a lets play i saw new stuff just popped up after he completed the sacrfices and the owning 2 provinces but nothing new is procing for me

what are the rise of the red crest exodus mission prerequisites?

you're not using any mods?

1) hover over the stuff just to the right of how many sacrifices you have, up top, by your income: that tells you the requirements
2) check the mission list

IIRC for T2 sacrifices you just need to have made 5 T1 sacrifices.

the only thing i can think of is one of the mods is messing it over
