So if base chase is 25% or 33% then instead of bringing it to 125% or 133% it's more like 50% and 66% respectively.
This is true, but to my knowledge else nothing works like this in WH2....
It is odd I agree.
Probably just one of the very many bugs and features that don't work properly that CA introduced :P
If you do 500 melee damage and something adds +10% you're now doing 550 damage.
If you collect warp fuel after every battle at 25% chance and you now get +100% chance after using a rocket it makes sense it's only 50% total now. Ikit would make it a static +50% in every battle so 37.5% normally and after using a rocket its +150% for a total of 62.5% chance to get warp fuel.
Ofcourse this is assuming base chance is 25% could be higher, I got it pretty often but I guess I wasn't exactly counting either.
