Ah, so this is a Age of Sigmar thing.
Slaanesh as an explicitly female deity is probably the surest sign that AoS exists to take a massive dump on all preceding Warhammer lore.

What do you mean? Slaanesh has always been female in both fantasy and 40k.

Yeh, Slaanesh is called the Prince of Chaos in both my Daemons of Chaos armybook and in Tome of Corruption. The Wiki also uses this title.

Seems weird that Slaanesh is always refered to as a Prince of Chaos then.

Edit: Its worth noticing that Slaanesh can assume any gender needed to seduce mortals, though he mostly assume the form of a fresh and vigourous young man according to my Daemons of Chaos armybook (page 13 for those interested).

I'm gonna need a source on that, if that's fine by you. I follow GW releases quite closely and I have no idea what you are talking about.
Furthermore, I have found this picture on reddit in a post dating back four months, which makes it a very old leak, if anything.
Here.

Yeeeeah that pic is about as official lore as the smiling Balthazar Gelt.

The new Slaaneshi armies are completely childfriendly, the odds of that pic being part of the new, prudent slaaneshi army is about as likely as an Amazon army for TWW2.

So the OP who once claimed that WH40K and WHFB are the same universe just 40.000 years apart from each other was wrong on this one? Shocking ...

Well they were at first :P At first Warhammer 40k was meant as a joke and it was meant to be the fantasy universe 40.000 years into the future.

But when 40k became popular they changed this.

I thought 40k was in a bottle in the College of Magic.

It also looks alot like the Forgeworld model of the Keeper of Secrets. Would be strange to copy the looks of a greater daemon on a god.
