mod to improve units

i want a mod that makes every unit in the game useful even in late game, like the starting units useful in late game. i look up and saw some overhaul mods, on warhammer 1 i used the sfo, but on this warhammer, he is too slow to update the mod, so i'm using lucky, its good, very good, but i'd like to know if theres more mods like this? or i should stick to lucky

Besides on VH/Legendary where upkeep screws you hardcore, you can keep just about every unit relevant into late game depending on whether youre trying to go elite oriented or just mass oriented. There's always going to be "better" or more cost effective choices, but that shouldn't stop you from messing around with other stuff. I ran a mass skink stack with a few kroxigors into late game scenarios(pre teninone/tictac) and managed fine+had fun(and it was on VH). Was it optimal? Hell no. But it was an entertaining challenge.

If you're looking for a mod that makes zombies able to take on chosen, I dunno, good luck I guess, I'm not sure there's much interest in that.

yeah i understand, i'm testing this mod, warhammer 2 came with very good combate, they improved it alot, magic its more powerful, units and lords too, and equipment, the only thing lacking on vanilla for me its the skill trees lots of unusefully skills, no choices, i think the overhauls do a better job at this issue and more. My first campaign with high elfs was vanilla, wow much better improved than warhammer 1 vanilla, i hope they improve it more on the next game

Well you can just play lizardmen....
late game saurus warriors with buff from tech and lords skill are terrifing killing machine. I think than they can nearly 1v1 chosen :D
