Nasty skulkers or Night goblin sword infantry?
Hello all.
I have unlocked vangard deployment for my Night goblins.
I use them to hit the enemy in the rear.
Is there any reason to use nasty skulkers at this point?

Yes offcourse. Each unit performs a role. Nasty Skulkers perform a different role than Night Goblin Swords and if you feel they perform the same role, then just have them for flavour.

More fun to run different army comps than having the same carbon copy army running around everywhere.

The main perk of nasty skulkers is their armor piercing damage.

Nasty skulkers will always be better. AP will be better that is. It's basically unblockable damage (unless avoided via defence), if you fight armor-heavy army, and that is nearly anything past mid-game, you want that AP. Or if you fight dwarfs, you always want that AP :D

You use them use both, night goblins infront of Skulkers on flanks if your playing GS, you would use spear goblins + skulkers then transition to night goblins and always keep a main front-line of orcs, for Skarsnik all that changes is you be using mass night goblins plus the flnaking skulkers.

A thing to note about Skulkers is they are a dead end they have no higher tier transition so do not recruit a-lot 4 max.

Night goblins are also a dead end GS are suppose to use the slots and transition into more mobile goblin cavalry.

Many thanks chaps.
I missed the AP ability.
As has been pointed out, a much needed skill vs stunties.

Since we're on this topic; should Skarsnik stick to Night Gobbos and Nasty Skulkers to late game? Or are Black Orcs simply a requirement at any stage of late game?

Or will Skarsnik just field 15 araknarok spiders?

Skarsnik doesn't need black orcs.
