Possible undercity location?
I started a co-op campaign and just at my third turn i started getting skaven corruption in my cities although i had the whole province ,it is affecting the areas from isthmus of lustria all the way to creeping jungle excluding the jungle of pahulaxa and the forest of vipers provinces, what is a possible location of the undercity?

osmosis means it touches all nearby provinces. There are provinces ingame out there that touches like 10 different provinces across montains and the like, meaning that anything generating osmosis+ corruption in its own provinces will touch like 11 provinces by itself.
There are plenty of zones with skavens at the start of the game in Lustria, and some faction start with undercities too, like clan Mors. So even without going as far as provinces touching 10 more, f all of them touches like 4-7, most of the continent will be affected.
Ok so i just check the map there is osmosis from isthmus of lustria all the way to creeping jungle excluding the jungle of pahulaxa and the forest of vipers is unaffected, what is a possible location of the undercity?
Then it's in the jungle of Pahualaxa province. it touches Settler's coast, Ithmus of Lustria, Coast of Squals, Creeping jungle, Jungles of Green mist, but doesn't touch forest of vipers, and if it's an undercity it doesn't generate osmosis in the province it's in, so no osmosis in jungle of pahulaxa either.

The continent you mean Lustria, where there are quite a couple of skaven factions all spreading corruption?

All other factions in the continent are affected by osmosis too tho why? I tried going upwards and then they showed that it was events that was causing skaven corruption the event is still on going and it has been 10 turns

There is no random event I know of that spread skaven corruption. Whatever is spreading it is real and close of you.
the "event " line you're speaking off is not a random event.

Skaven province is nearby also under-city probably. It can spread far and wide. With either 'event' or 'osmosis'. It happens. Get rid of nearby skaven and it will most likely go away

i see thanks for the help

Note that there is no way to determine which of the settlement in the jungle of pahulaxa has it so it's one of the 3 there, but if you possess those settlements, you can try to detect it. Early on it's quite costly and a lot of efforts for not a lot of result so if early in the game you should probably just ignores it, simply remember that there's one there and gather your heroes at one point or another in the future.
