Goblin Wolf Chariot

I have no understanding of it's correct usage in an army, it just feels ineffective. Stats look good, it looks cool lol.

What situations/units/enemies is it intended for? I got hundreds of hours in this game and have never seen it used effectively.

Chariots are OP units if you know and learn how to use them, you need to cycle charge them 100 times during battle they are dead if they fight for more then 5 sec so charge go back charge not at the same unit try to charge everything hammer and anvil with your front line and they will rout

For SP they are over-tiered and have been since warhammer was released, however with the inclusion of skulkers it enabled them to stay where they are, as for the unit what it does is enables GS army's to transition out of goblin archers by making your flanks more mobile that's the application of the unit. It also allows you to drop missile cavalry, wolf riders archers, the unit invariably paves the way for melee goblin cavalry and then boars, its actually quite a important unit in terms of transitioning your army.
