question about prestige

just started playing the newest patch and my prestige started at 100 and hasn't gone up or down in 12 turns. Is 100 max and bad stuff has to happen for it to drop? Also how do I up my imperial authority?

You should gain prestige for attacking factions such as the Beastmen or Greenskins. Also, events regularly happen that give you a choice and you might gain, lose or spend prestige points. It's odd that nothings happened in 12 turns though.

do you have any mods active? some can interfere with scripts and whatnot

Most likely conflicting mods, as you acquire Prestige each turn simply for settlements owned - iirc it's only 5/10, and more for construction of buildings; again, I think its around 10 Prestige per building.

There is no max for prestige

i have 11000 prestige right now so yeah im pretty sure 100 is not the max
