I have seen the Dwarves go both ways, being annihalated by Vamps+Orcs or simply conquering everything.
The humans don´t tend to fair to well if I don´t help them, can´t remember their general description about aggression.
Never seen the Skaven rise to power, I have seen them getting very strong but usually everyone decides at one point or another that they have seen enough rats for one day and they get wiped, even the vamps join in on the vermin control.
The Dark Elves have the Norscan problem and they most often fail to cope with it propperly if the AI is handling things.
The High Elves are a mixed bag, most often rolling but I have seen them held to very little on quite a few occasions.
In general yes, I would say the Dwarves are the winners, they tend to conquer a lot of territory and are a pain once they get going.
That may be the case.
Thank god though the devs are addressing the Dwarf issue.
