Can't Increase Fealty with Wissenland

I'd love to raise my fealty with this Elector Count to 10 because their Ironsides are just wonderful, but I can't get enough points.

In a previous playthrough, they had an attitude of 900 towards my faction and their fealty never got higher than 6 and it seems like no dilemmas regarding them ever appear, even in this second Empire playthrough that I started just to see if something was bugged last time. Is there something I'm missing or do I just have bad luck?

Also, if anyone knows a way to make this process easier, I'd appreciate it if you told me, otherwise I'll just have to take Nuln by force from now on.

There is no way to make the Fealty process any easier. Bear in mind that taking Nuln by force is apt to make a cascade of civil wars and secessions from the other provinces begin without a good backstop of Authority to tank the loss. You were just unlucky that their Fealty stopped rising for so long.

I just annexed them. The fealty mechanic is far too tedious and luck based for my taste.

Take Nuln by force, theres a couple that start so low trying to confed them is just not worth it.

There are mods that make it easier as well.
