It's true that Orcs are higher form fungus beings, but early (like 80s') GW had female orcs. They weren't combatants and weren't pretty, so I'm betting GW didn't see a point to making them part of the lore. The best example of female orcs would be the blood bowl cheerleaders.

Back in the 90s there were (two?) books about 40k Orks that were mostly about lore, though one had a bunch of funky army lists, including genestealer orcs and chaos orcs. If you like reading backstory they were as good as it gets. Those orks were definitely fungus doods.
Fungal spores, you bury them, and they grow.

orcs in many fantasy novels/games have female , but low in number , and they must rape female of other races ( mostly human ) to reproduce . goblins in many novels have female too , some none all male ( goblin slayer ) , creat by magic , rape human girls to reproduce

Correct in many fantasy novels/games but we are talking about THIS ONE. In which there aren't any and haven't been for about 25-30 years.

Funnily enough, one of the other Slayers that Gotrex & Felix meet up with during their travels has a tendency to go into every brothel he can find - and once paid extra to have a pair of goblin girls. "Course, they weren`t really goblins. They were just humans painted green with their teeth filed."

Consider what sort of pervert that guy must have been to be a DWARF who wanted to see if goblins were a thing he could actually bang. If he wasn't a Slayer already, he'd have needed to take the Oath after that anyway!

Also in Orcslayer Felix sees what is in between orcs legs and wishes he could un-see it.

They retconned Beastmen too. At one point Beastmen were known to make baby beastmen by raping human women. That got thrown out the window. Now the only reproduction is by gaves, warp, or the introduction of Does.

While the 40K explanation is that Orks reproduce via spores and are functionally sapient fungus, I'm fairly sure that's never been stated to be the case in Warhammer Fantasy. Ultimately people do have to keep in mind Fantasy and 40K are not the same setting.

If you go by the warhammer fantasy fandom wiki they do claim that they are a kind of fungus in fantasy as well and state "Warhammer Armies: Orcs and Goblins (7th Edition)" as a source. While the fact that they reproduce through spores can (for fantasy) be found in the source "Skarsnik (Novel) by Guy Haley".

I think there's some lore about how the Greenskins came to the planet because they clung to the Old Ones' ships when they arrived and went on to outreproduce any and all efforts to erradicate them once the Old Ones noticed their screw-up.

?

E.g. Adepta Sororitas or the Sisters of Battle is all female army that was released over 20 years ago. And in tabletop people have moaned new plastic SoB figurines for ages (because they are more customizable than metal casts that was released originally which was a stupid decision).

There are ton of other female characters and units in both WH40K and WHF.
E.g. one of the best ranged infantry unit in TWWH is HE Sisters of Avelorn. And their faction leader is Alarielle and she is not only female faction leader around in the lore or in the games.

There is undead women, elven women, human women, demon women etc.

So it's pretty peculiar to say GW is allergic to women.
