How is orccy formed? How orc get pregnant?
Back in the 90s there were (two?) books about 40k Orks that were mostly about lore, though one had a bunch of funky army lists, including genestealer orcs and chaos orcs. If you like reading backstory they were as good as it gets. Those orks were definitely fungus doods.
Funnily enough, one of the other Slayers that Gotrex & Felix meet up with during their travels has a tendency to go into every brothel he can find - and once paid extra to have a pair of goblin girls. "Course, they weren`t really goblins. They were just humans painted green with their teeth filed."
Consider what sort of pervert that guy must have been to be a DWARF who wanted to see if goblins were a thing he could actually bang. If he wasn't a Slayer already, he'd have needed to take the Oath after that anyway!
Also in Orcslayer Felix sees what is in between orcs legs and wishes he could un-see it.
HAhaa
If you go by the warhammer fantasy fandom wiki they do claim that they are a kind of fungus in fantasy as well and state "Warhammer Armies: Orcs and Goblins (7th Edition)" as a source. While the fact that they reproduce through spores can (for fantasy) be found in the source "Skarsnik (Novel) by Guy Haley".
?
E.g. Adepta Sororitas or the Sisters of Battle is all female army that was released over 20 years ago. And in tabletop people have moaned new plastic SoB figurines for ages (because they are more customizable than metal casts that was released originally which was a stupid decision).
There are ton of other female characters and units in both WH40K and WHF.
E.g. one of the best ranged infantry unit in TWWH is HE Sisters of Avelorn. And their faction leader is Alarielle and she is not only female faction leader around in the lore or in the games.
There is undead women, elven women, human women, demon women etc.
So it's pretty peculiar to say GW is allergic to women.
Didn't EVERYONE die tragically eventually? xD
