How do i geomantic web

My rating is currently 3 yet i have 5 settlements connected to the web, did i miss something?

What is the max level of the web and how do i get it?

It's based on the level of the geomancy building, and the cities connected to it.
So you need your city to be max level, with the max geomancy building, and the cities connected to it need to also get their things built up.

I believe the game uses the average level rounded up. So if your city is built up to 5, but is surrounded by level 3 cities, it will only be level 4 until you level up the connected cities.

theres some buildings you can build in your city to help raise your geomantric web and then the connected cities to those buildings all have the same level of geomantric web

Ahh ok, i only had the building in my capital leveled up, not the surrounding cities. Thanks so much for clarifying! Much appreicated.

Yeah, you basically want to have that building in every zone capitol to keep your web up.
