Armor of midnight quest for Malekith

Anyone had this quest trigger for them or know how to trigger it?

I had to start a new game as Malekith, but on my previous one i got a quest for the Armor of Midnight, all i had to do in order to get was to achieve 800 kills with Malekith, nothing more

Still, i am now lvl 34 and i have yet to trigger it.

It triggers when you conquer Vauls Anvil (that city near Morathi NOT the High Elves city near Lothern). A bit stupid. Hope it is a bug. On vh you dont get there in time. Morathi is faster and you have to deal with the Norscan tribes. And even if you do. every 4 Rounds Rebellion because of her damn Chaos corrutpion.

Get it without any anvils. Maybe it's about controlling enough provinces?

You can trigger Midnight Armor quest when 1 of the 4 lords have finished the 2nd vortex ritual.
