Denuvo drm cracked on day 1

So this game uses Denuvo to prevent piracy but now its been cracked. The game just released yesterday but the pirates already cracked it. So tell me guys why game companies implement this stupid and useless drm and punish us actual customers? Everyone knows Denovu is very harmful to PCs and it also impacts game performance. Why are the game companies nowadays so hell bent on punishing customers that buy their game instead of the ACTUAL pirates?

Well, obviously. I think it's quite clear most of the anti-Denuvo people just want to pirate games in an easier way. I'm not saying I like DRM or want them, but honestly to give so much f. about them you must be a pirate, no other explanation.

The cracked versions sometimes have a program that calls home to the cracker very rare they put key loggers in but many don't just put up hacked software for their own kindness. I know one softtware developer who adds in a program to his software that causes it to melt on the screen once it figures out its using a repeated serial obtained using a stolen credit card.

I read an article where they did research and found around 90% of pirate software had hidden malware and a great many had keyloggers in them. People are dum b enough to think that these pirate groups do all of this work for nothing

They don't ban people on the Sonic Mania forums even after they post direct links. No bans even after they drove a user close to suicide.
That said, I reported this one right in their profile because they might be involved in the illegal activity.
