No, the developer of the game, Michael Whelan has stated that if you own the blood pack you will receive the blood pack for the second game shortly after release.

Not sure when it comes out, but CA has said that if you own the blood pack in WH1 you'll get it free in 2 when it comes out.

I don't know fi they are gonna make it available for purchase for the people who do not own the first game but if they do then its after the Mortal Empires campaign FLC

cool thanks for all the feedback. i love the game but really hate no blood in a warhammer game. i get why they have it without it but i just wish i knew when the blood flc is gonna be out so i know when i can call in sick hhahhaha.
