Totaly enjoying this game, turns up I have a mission to build this but I have no idea where it is?
Im guessing its probably a special building in a certain province but where?

By the way,Is there an in game encyclopedia like in the first game (cant seem to find it.,If so that would be great I realy liked that feature.

Not sure if you figured it out yet, but it can be built in Mirror Pool of Tepok. Just had this very issue.

The old one trove is your ritual resource building. Look for setllements with ancient plaques as a resource. You can build them there.
