RIP Denuvo - TW:W2 cracked in 10 hours

Gentlemen,

So they did it. They cracked the game in 10 hours.

They didn't even awaited for me to arrive from work and complain that I will buy the game despite of Denuvo.

Will sega learn this time? And remove this intrusive form of DRM ? This game is good! It deserves to be bought, this is the best kind of DRM you can have.

Yeah, it's "incomplete"... but well, its another topic. I'm buying the game. But I would buy it even more happy if it didn't have Denuvo.

They won't remove it. It still requires extra work to bypass and the new DLC will probably update Denuvo along with it. Stop it with the whole thing where you expect publishers to bare their bums for you in the name of consumer rights. People don't have the slightest idea what it is to have a Denuvo game in their library. You have a ticking clock that asks for an activation nobody knows when; what if you don't have internet access at that moment? Well, bummer, you'll be deprived of playing the game at all. In heavy MP games this is obviously not an obstacle, but in SP it's a hindering problem. So screw Denuvo, and screw whoever supports them. Also screw the clueless 1st world citizens that don't know what is spending 1 minute without internet. PS: I own Denuvo games, but every dingle one of them has the latest update cracked. I won't ever buy a game that doesn't allow me to play offline SP.

Maybe if you can't post the source, you shouldn't be posting it at all... I mean you may be an honest and decent person who buys their games, but how many people may see this post and decide to pirate because the only thing stopping them was that pirates didn't have it.

And I think it's fair to ask for evidence. You may feel it's "sad" but supporting evidence is what separates actual fact from wild speculation.

No, they will and no it isn't a war, the game is cracked and will forever be cracked along with it's updates, there is no war, the game was cracked within 10 hours. Millions? You're kidding me right? You honestly believe that millions are on the line? Now that's just funny, a study showed that piracy increased sales, I suggest you go look it up, also you think Denuvo is free? Denuvo is expensive, companies pay hundreds of thousands to implement Denuvo and they see none of that money in return because piraters would'nt buy the game anyway, they do nothing but hurt paying customers.

People that pirate wouldn't buy the game anyway and Denuvo itself turns paying customers away from the game, DRM loses money but companies are so ♥♥♥♥♥♥ stubborn they desperately waste money and development time on this ♥♥♥♥ when they could be working on the game itself and improving it for paying customers.

Also might I remind you about The Witcher 3 a game that had no DRM whatsoever and had developers that hate DRM and are fully against it and look how that game turned out, it was a huge success so much so that many piraters even bought the game.
