Behemoths,Cyclops,Three headed hell hounds, and so much more.
If you didn't had the chance to play it google it and up vote this if you also would like to see these races and monsters to atleast have a chance to come to life in this awesome game thank you for your time. :)

Cyclops - Literally just Cygors, a Beastmen unit. They even throw giant rocks just like in HoMM3. Check em out: http://warhammerfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Cygor

Three headed hell hound - Karanak: http://warhammerfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Karanak
He's a Khorne Daemon so not in game yet.

Behemoths were cool. I liked their massive claws.
Closest thing to them would be Stonehorns: http://warhammerfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/Stonehorn
They're an Ogre Kingdoms unit so also not in game yet. Varghulfs are kinda like undead Behemoths, too, I suppose.

A bunch of other units based off of mythology are already in Warhammer in some shape or form. Medusa are a Dark Elf unit that's not added yet. HoMM3 was a great game.

Good old HoMM3. :) It was an amazing game, and actually still is - the fan community is still producing content for it, including modernized engines and large-scale expansions.

I don't really think the factions or units would fit into Warhammer lore though, and I Creative Assembly most probably needs Games Workshop's approval to add non-lore content (which they would not get for HoMM3 units). It might work as a mod, but would require an immense amount of work.

I mean, most of those units are already in the game in some capacity, or at least will be once Ogre Kingdoms gets added. Behemoth was pretty much the only original monster concept on that roster.

Ogre Magi/Ogres - Coming with Ogre Kingdoms
Goblins - Greenskins got em
Hobgoblins - Chaos Dwarfs will have them
Roc/Thunderbirds - Great Eagles and Phoenixes
Cyclops - Cygors
Wolf Raiders - Wolf Riders. Greenskin unit

Not try to take a jab at HoMM or anything (I loved the early HoMM's), I just feel like those units are already represented by units in the game. They're both based off the same DnD style mythology background.

One of the main reasons I'd love to see Araby DLC for this game is for Genies/Ifrits as well. I'm sure you'll remember those dudes from HoMM3. :)

Good observation and well put, imho.

HOMM3 is one of my all time favorite games. A true classic. I can see some inspiration from HOMM in TW:W, and that's not a bad thing at all.

Warhammer is older; if anything, HOMM took its inspiration from Warhammer.

They can't be modded in, and CA doesn't have the rights to those, so really no chance, regardless of them being cool or not.
