Lizardmen PVP
Hi, im new to pvp and i want to try the lizard's (never played before) but i want to get straight into it with them, what is a good army comp for pvp? :)

Depends. Every situation calls for a different army, there is no 'standard' as it depends on the race you are versing and ultimately what you predict they will bring. There is no way for anyone here to tell you a specific comp to use that will have a high chance of success. It is up to what the enemy brings and your own personal strategic skill

Some general tipps:
Your army is quite slow and armored. You might want a lightwizzard to deal with skirmishers or need to think of an other way to do this.

Suncannons do a suprising amount of dmg in my games so far.

i seem to be going up against HE all the time when i select lizard, always bringing spear units and archers (shockingly)

when u go monsters always bring 2 of them. 2 carnosaurus are trouble for every army you ever encounter, they are your trump chard, dont throw them away early.

you can get a skink priest with flock of doom for 402 points ... sounds like a good deal to me to make cheap use of your mana reserves

saurus warriors are amazing. they hold the line extremely well against anything, giving your monsters room to work with

dont go heavy on ranged units (chamaelions). ever

against HE you need a rush lineup. milkandcookiesTW (youtuber) usually mixes skink and saurus warriors with a few feral beasts to win infantry line battles and rush HE and DE

always take the shielded versions. DE have brutal ranged units, HE have super long ranged units, even skaven usually rely more on ranged than melee attack. so ALWAYS bring shields.

rush rush rush. everyone is comfortable killing you from afar. noone wants to melee with lizards (and dinosaurs)...
